How It Works
Complete the application in full. Share your operation, your revenue range, your role in decision-making, and what you hope to gain from the group.
Grant personally reviews every submission. If there's fit, he'll schedule a 30-minute conversation before any final selection is made.
Final selections are made and members announced. Each circle is curated for complementary operation types, mindset, and ambition.
One 90-minute virtual meeting per month on Zoom. Structured, facilitated, and relentless about producing real commitments and real follow-through.

The Investment
Members agree to maintain strict confidentiality, attend regularly, participate actively, and complete agreed-upon action steps. Consistent lack of attendance or preparation may result in removal from the group, with a prorated refund for remaining meetings. The standard exists to protect every member's investment.
Members may bring financial, operational, leadership, or strategic challenges to the group. Financial details are encouraged when relevant but you set the level of depth. The purpose is progress, clarity, and disciplined execution, not disclosure for its own sake.
Grant will personally review your application and, if there's potential fit, schedule a conversation before any final selections are made. The circle is only as good as the people in it, and he takes that seriously.
Who It's For
